It makes a huge difference that you come to us direct to buy your copies of Fieldfare as it means we retain any profits. This allows us to grow and invest in the journal and our contributors. Thank you for your support.

Delivery times

Please allow 1-3 days for processing your order. We post UK parcels via First Class Royal Mail and overseas parcels are sent using Royal Mail international standard service. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are usually as follows:

  • UK: 2-3 working days

  • Europe: 2-3 weeks

  • USA and Canada: 3-4 weeks

  • Rest of World: 1-4 weeks

Due to the ongoing impact of the pandemic, however, there may be some delays to these times. Postal services around the world are currently experiencing tighter border controls and restrictions, therefore exact shipping times are hard to predict. Please note that we do not track parcels under 2kg in order to keep postage costs low, so there is no tracking number included with your shipping confirmation. Thank you for your understanding – as a fledgling small business it means everything to us.

Postage

Postage is calculated by weight. For a single copy of Fieldfare, prices are as follows:

  • UK orders: £4

  • Europe: £8 (please note that EU customers can purchase Fieldfare via our partner website here and pay the required duty as part of the purchase).

  • USA and Canada: £9

  • Rest of world: £10

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Fieldfare Press at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
